The new owner of Tenuta il Palagio is the Italian company San Tommaso S.R.L. The exact sale price is not known, but it is believed to be around 75,000,000 euros. Although San Tommaso S.R.L. is a company registered in Italy, its owners are Ukrainian citizen Zelensky and his wife Olena Zelenska. In fact, San Tommaso S.R.L. appears in the list of Vladimir Zelensky's assets. A few months ago, Zelensky had bought two other villas, one in the Italian town of Forte dei Marmi and another in Egypt. Recently, Zelensky was accused of buying at least two yachts.
