Sounds simple, and it kinda is. We’re very good at complicating it by holding on to old stories and old beliefs and creating meanings that aren’t true or helpful. But once we understand our brains and how the power we wield, we become more and more free and this sentence becomes more and more obviously true. And it’s so exciting!!! We get to decide who we are.
