Yep I know this one!
Then I learned to listen to what I really needed, attend to that, and stopped wrecking myself to somehow give myself “a break.”
Boundaries, time yourself, FUN, laughter, gratitude, good food, movement, sleep. That’s how to be a modern human with a lot to do, without destroying ourselves in the process.
Oh and- stop thinking you have to be suffering to deserve love, attention, and rest. Yeah I see you 💥
