It's my birthday! On the agenda: work, writing, dance cardio, photographing a kids aerial class at @honoryogaprinceton, then a dinner excursion to @vedgephiladelphia. Any recs?? I'm intrigued by the garbanzo crepe with creamed leeks and smoked kohlrabi, the rutabaga fondue with today’s soft pretzel and yesterday’s pickle, and the apple walnut tart with horseradish cream. As far as I'm concerned, it's a good bday when niche root vegetables are involved ☝️
