🚨👏🇮🇳 Soham is not the only GUFC player to have represented India at youth international level. GUFC player Mohammad Abdullah has also been called up for The Blue Tigers. ⚽️ Mohammad Abdullah is a member of our Elite Development squad who started the season on top form, really showcasing his progress with performances in the U23s and even testing himself with the First Team. His is very talented and his work rate is insatiable. 🙏 “It was an honor to go back to my home country and play for the national team after getting scouted from UAE. The setup is highly professional and the training is very intense.” The camp is in preparation for The AFC U20 Asian Cup in 2023. 🩹 Mohammad unfortunately suffered from an ACL injury in training a few months back which meant he’ll miss the majority of the season. He is making steady progress in his recovery and we hope to see him back at full fitness soon. 🗣 “It's unfortunate to not be able to be with the boys at the most recent camp but I'm working hard in rehab now here in Dubai with Gulf United to get back on the pitch soon, to be a part of the squad again.
