We are so sorry to have to reach out to you so late in the day. Last night there was a problem with the sound system for the Eddie Griffin show. We have never had a problem like this one before. Our staff worked VERY hard to correct this problem. Unfortunately, Eddie chose to cancel his performance before we could correct the problem. Please note we did correct the problem but not before Eddie cho...se to not perform.
As a result of this occurrence, despite the fact that the system is 100% corrected, Eddie has chosen not to perform tonight. We did inform Eddie that we had electricians in the Club who have corrected the issue. We are deeply sorry to disappoint our loyal customers.
With that in mind we have booked an amazing replacement show at 7:30 and 9:45 tonight. This show will star Talent and Drew Fraser- 2 of the current NY Kings of Comedy Tour. These guys are fantastic and you will love the show. In addition, we will be giving refunds for your Eddie Griffin tickets tonight. Tonight’s ticket holders can come to tonight’s show as well as get a refund. If you choose to come out tonight, we will also be giving each ticket holder 2 tickets to another show on us. We will be calling or emailing each customer to let us know how you want to proceed. We want you to know how much we care.
Vicki and I appreciate each and every one of our customers and we thank you for your patience and understanding. We will make tonight great- if it’s your first time coming to the Stress Factory, you will be amazed and laugh hard at Talent and Drew Fraser! If you’ve been a customer through the years, then you know our customers and our comedians mean the world to us. We hope you will come tonight and let us make this up to you.
