As Fall 2019 classes begin at my alma mater, the University of Kentucky, I wanted to recognize the work Sigma Chi is doing to support mental health on college campuses with its Reach Out app. It includes help lines for mental health, sexual assault, LGBTQ+ support and substance abuse, and can be used by anyone in need.

The issue of mental health must be taken seriously, and this is a great effort by my Sigma Chi brothers!
