Penn View Mountain Railroad near Blairsville, Indiana County. The Penn View Mountain Railroad was a Tourist Railroad that operated from 1964 to 1973. It was one of the first steam tourist railroads in the Eastern United States. Late in the 1950's, Sloan Cornell and his family members constructed a 4.5 mile right of way along the mountain ridges of his farm.
