Michelle Tyler played in The Championships 1975-79 and went on to reach the 3rd round in the Ladies Singles at Wimbledon twice, in 1975 and 1978. Michelle was also Girls Singles semi-finalist in 1976, having been a quarter-finalist in 1975. In 1978, Michele defeated that year’s US Open Singles Finalist, Pam Shriver, to help Great Britain beat USA 4-3 in the Wightman Cup.
