I am pleased to announce that the Board of the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) approved a contract Wednesday for Teska and Associates who is now our consultant for our Comprehensive Plan. Sauk Village’s Comprehensive Plan was last updated in 1999 and is truly outdated. Our new Comprehensive Plan will provide a much clearer vision for our future. This project would not have been possible without the financial support from CMAP’s Local Technical Assistance Gr...ant which we secured last year. We look forward to working with Teska’s Mike Hoffman and Scott Goldstien as well as with the staff of CMAP on bringing a solid plan together for the people of Sauk Village.
