Today, Malta and Madagascar signed an agreement establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries. Hon. Evarist Bartolo and H.E. Patrick Rajoelina discussed the importance of exploring areas of bilateral interest and of regional cooperation with a view to enhancing peace, security and prosperity in the African region.
