In response to the various questions I've received:
1) Yes, this is the last season of Judge Alex. It will keep airing through August so keep watching for new shows. We've been on the air in about 96% of the US for 9 years, with millions of fans watching us every day; which is a great run in syndication where 3 years is considered a success!
2) It was not my decision to end the show. I enjoyed doing the show and would keep doing it but, for many reasons, the company that pr...oduces the show wanted to move on. I am grateful that I was able to work with really amazing people like my EP Kathy Sapp and Associate EP's Tera Roberson and James Glover; Directors Eddie October, Michael Dimitch and Art Bergel; Bailiffs Mason Burroughs & Victor Simon, my makeup, hair and wardrobe help that changed me from hideous to tolerable; incredible producers and associate producers who found great cases for me to try and so many others in our 100 person staff and crew who made the show a success. I'm also grateful to have so many great fans and friends, many of whom I got to meet; and I'm sure that I'll still get to meet more of you at other events.
3) I have been approached with some very interesting opportunities but I can't share any specifics at this time. I will keep you all posted here as soon as I can. I suspect more television is in my future.
4) This is my page and I will continue to comment here as well as on my Twitter account: @judgealexferrer. It's hard to respond to comments because I notice people get their feelings hurt if I respond to someone else's comment and not theirs, but I try to read all of them in any event.
So while "Judge Alex" is not picked up for next season, I won't be too far away. Thanks for your nice thoughts.
