The Joint Helicopter Support Squadron is the latest addition to the RAF Benson team, moving here from RAF Odiham recently. They are experts in supporting our helicopter fleets, whether it's preparing and attaching underslung loads for carriage or ensuring landing sites are safe and suitable.
Their small teams deploy around the world to support training, like this one currently supporting the Chinook Force on Exercise BLACK ALLIGATOR in the USA.
