BREAKING: Peru has officially confirmed to The Quidditch Post that they will no longer be attending IQA Quidditch World Cup in Frankfurt in two weeks time.

The team has had to give up on the journey due to a lack of funds raised and the cost of travel. It is currently unclear whether groups will be redrawn in light of two teams dropping (Uganda and Peru).

It is worth remembering that the money raised for Uganda to attend will no longer be diverted into an Emergency Fund for... teams struggling to pay travel costs.
