Navy Chief Bordado gets third star

The Philippine Navy (PN) Flag Officer In Command is now a vice admiral following a simple donning of rank ceremony held at the AFP General Headquarters in Quezon City earlier today, July 21. He then proceeded to the PN headquarters in Manila where he was accorded a customary arrival honors by a battalion-sized contingent of sailors and marines.
