We at Cracked Monocle are proud to announce more exciting changes for the New Year! We are currently transitioning to administration by a leadership team rather than by a single individual. As part of this process, we are releasing the Clockwork System SRD for your free and open use under the terms of the Open Game License.
The source document doesn't look pretty, but that's okay, because you can change it, rearrange it, and even create your own Web site to display it. We'll be editing it too in the coming months. As long as you abide by the terms of the OGL, we're all gamers at the same, frilly, baroque, oaken table. You can adapt, enhance, and add anything you want. From a traditional Victorian setting to a tale about spell-jammer pirates among the stars, the system is yours, and we can't wait to see what you create and publish!
For our part, we promise to continue to improve our customer service and products, as well as to release high quality additions to a revamped and revised Tephra line. With our new leadership team, we are confident we can earn your enthusiasm and trust. We will bring new systems to you, and new games, with an unwavering commitment to transparency and quick and clear communication.
