For all of you who are disappointed that Danielle Panabaker is not returning as Katie Lapp, let us assure you that there were many factors out of our control... especially Danielle's very busy work schedule which forced her to say "no." And there is no way to sign actors up for multiple films that are made more than a year apart because of the unpredictability of changing schedules. Danielle was terrific in The Shunning, but we believe you are going to fall in love with Katie LeClerc as the new Katie Lapp... just as we have ("we" being Beverly Lewis and producers Michael Landon and Brian Bird)!
