NEW COURSE RECORD 62
Congratulations Josh Whalen who carded a 62 and set a New Course Record for 18 holes at Napanee Golf and Country Club.
Golfing with Bing Sanford and Dale Alkenbrack Josh went 34 OUT and 28 IN on his way to 62.
... The previous course record was set by one of golf’s greatest, Sam Snead, who shot a 63, on August 30, 1959. Josh’s 62 also bests the ‘amateur’ record of 64, first set by Glen Wagar in August 1960.
