Idlib Province: 6 cars loaded with ammunition were seen coming from the Sahyan town and arriving to the Hamidiya military encampment, thus regime forces are continuing to deliver military reinforcements to the encampments of Wadi al-Dayf and al-Hamidiya, after dismantling the blockade rebel fighters had over the encampments, for months. It was heard on a wireless communication device, the shouts of the citizens of the Babuleen town for rebel fighters to help them, after regime forces took control over the town, according to an activist from the SOHR. The towns of Mer'yan and al-Tah of Reef Idlib were under regime forces' bombardment by rocket launchers and no news were received about casualties.
