How many bands have vocalists like Bruce Dickinson who could easily rival some of the greatest tenors in history like Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli? Actually, how many people in your induction list could rival Dickinson? The song writing of Harris, the twin guitars of Murray and Smith, and the drumming of both Burr and... McBrain has been instrumental in creating so many musical masterpieces! And let’s not forget Paul Di Anno’s contributions and newest member Janick Gers! Hell, even their manager Rod Smallwood has become a legend in the music industry! A few years ago IMPELLITTERI were playing a massive rock festival in Barcelona Spain and one of the Headliners were Iron Maiden, so I snuck to the side of the stage to watch them. What I witnessed was a band that replicated the sound of their albums without using backing tracks or supporting musicians....Iron Maiden’s live performance sounded as good as their records, and that is the mark of a great band! my vote is let Iron Maiden in the Hall NOW! #chrisimpellitteri #ironmaiden #rockandrollhalloffame
