Opening segment, with an aging Robb and Ann being visited by Lisa, and opening titles (voiceover by Charlie O'Donnell) followed by sponsor billboard for Amoco
In Segment 2, Lisa implores Robb and Ann to join in, leading in to a performance by her of "You're Never Too Old"
Next, we open with a shot of a roller coaster ride as Dr. Hook performs their hit "When You're In Love With A Beautiful Woman," followed by Lisa, Robb and Ann among the audience, bantering. This is followed by a scene of people in dog costumes in the "3 Balls for 50 Cents" booth, followed by Robb and Ann going to a roller coaster ride to the music of Chic's "Good Times."
The segment afterwards begins with Lisa's cover of "Hold On, I'm Comin'," followed by a person in a canary suit sweeping around one of the cages in the Sky Wheel ride; a routine from ventriloquist Jay Johnson (of Soap fame) and his puppet Bob; and Robb and Ann at the ice cream stand in a parody of American Express Travelers Cheques ads.
In the next segment, Dr. Hook performs "Sharing The Night Together"; a vignette at the cotton candy stand; Lisa performing "You Take My Breath Away"; a dance from The Chicago Honeybears, culminating in a pom-pom routine set to Sister Sledge's "We Are Family"; ending with shots of children eating.
Next, at night, The Great America Singers start off with "Old Time Rock And Roll," then segue into "Peppermint Twist," "Tutti Frutti," "Rock And Roll Music," Chubby Checker's "The Fly," "Watusi" and a host of other dances, "I Dig Rock And Roll Music," "Surfin' Safari," and on to a performance of "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now," before Lisa returns with "Old Time Rock And Roll" joined at this point by Robb and Ann.
In the end, Robb, Ann and Lisa are back where they were before this adventure, reflecting on all what went on, as roller skates magically appear on them. With that, they all wave goodbye from the park's merry-go-round as the end credits commence

About The Museum of Classic Chicago Television:
The Museum of Classic Chicago Television's primary mission is the preservation and display of off-air, early home videotape recordings (70s and early 80s, primarily) recorded off of any and all Chicago TV channels; footage which would likely be lost if not sought out and preserved digitally. Even though (mostly) short clips are displayed here, we preserve the entire broadcasts in our archives - the complete programs with breaks (or however much is present on the tape), for historical purposes. For information on how to help in our mission, to donate or lend tapes to be converted to DVD, and to view more of the 4,700+ (and counting) video clips available for viewing in our online archive, please visit us at:
