out in the middle,parking along both sides of the street aswell as parking in the middle,there are a couple of cafes/pubs/restaurants and a bottle shop along the street so people literally in the thousands flock here at nightfall park up hang out and watch the cars majority of which are summernats cars cruise past,the road gets that packed with cars and people that cars are parked everywhere from in driveways to along the footpath. in the middle where the roundabout is there is a car wash so that is a popular spot where people park up pop their bonnetts and show off their cars..its very tame last few years with police blocking it off and sometimes even defecting the cars to get them to move on that can happen around the 11pm mark..previous yrs has seen this road become that busy with a drunken mob that eskis would have their ice tipped out onto the rd and cars would get to the water and be blocked by the drunken mob and not let past until they have done a burnout and smoked the place up!! used to be very very rowdy..and the next morning it resembles the day after a big day out with rubbish and empty grog cans everywhere..check it out its awesome!! thursday/fri/sat nights during the Summernats
