Since the global success of the LazyTown brand and its subsequent acquisition by Turner Enterprise (where he was named CEO), Magnús has been drafted in by world leaders such as Michelle Obama, David Cameron, Chile’s First Lady Cecilia Morel and former Mexican President Felipe Calderón to collaborate on campaigns tackling child obesity. He has furthermore been enlisted by organisations such as the European Commission and the United Nations to promote health and active lifestyles in general.
