Dr. C Raja Mohan, Director, ISAS, National University of Singapore, himself a scholar of repute who began his career at IDSA under the stewardship of Mr. K Subrahmanyam, delivered the Lecture titled “When to Intervene: Using Force Beyond Borders”.
Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Hon’ble Minister for External Affairs, delivered the Vote of Thanks.
