Once acquired it stays circulating in the community increasing trade and employment. (After this elder used his eco-pesa to buy a razor at a shop, that shop keep could then use the money to purchase more goods and services locally, such as: water from the same elder's bore-hole or to pay youth to collect trash, or charcoal.
