was in Hawaii attempting a stunt that called for him to hang from the bottom of a small airplane. The stunt turned tragic when the belt that attached Bailey to the plane broke, and bailey was left hanging from a metal bar that was being used as a handgrip. Seconds after the belt broke; Bailey lost his grip on the bar and fell 500 feet to his death.
