Former Junior Middleweight Champion Austin Trout (30-2-0) has been making his way back up the middle weight ladder. Trout has more experience in the ring then Hernandez, including fightings Erislandy Lara, Saul Alvarez and Miguel Cotto in the past. Hernandez had an uphill battle ahead of him.
