It also serves as a humble homage in celebration of the 100 year anniversary of the City of Miami Beach...a time and place that inspired. PART 2 includes images of the artists, stores, clubs, restaurants and shops of the era, as well as additional footage of Imperfect Utopia happenings and clips of Fractured, a film by Migel Delgado that was never released.
