ars at her, she picks up the banana. It cuts over to a group of researchers, and then… BAM! The banana detonates; luckily we do not see this. A group of captions come on to say. “Anti-personnel landmines PFM 1 are designed to attract a child’s attention. They will detonate only if repeated pressure is applied to their ‘wings’. No adult (let alone soldier) would ever pick one up.” The PIF ends with the train toy going off the tracks and to a wall. Passing the little girl’s dismembered bloody foot.
Sweet zombie Jesus! What the fuck Italy?! You killed a child? I know it’s simulated and the girl was not harmed, but still this is fucked up. Also, there needs to be a clear call to action, you left the most important part out. It’s only telling us what goes on with them. Usually PIF and PSA say that this needs to stop, however that’s not one of the captions. Nor, does it tell us that they’re doing anything about it. Another thing, There’s no company logo at the end, probably cause they didn’t want to get any hate mail. And finally, was this PIF sponsored by Disney? You have Sully from “Monster’s INC.”, Mickey Mouse, and “It’s a small world” plays in the background. I don’t think Disney would want any part of this.
