The state of Wisconsin has committed $8 million to the project in its 2011-13 biennial budget. The School of Dentistry is raising $8 million in matching funds through its Building for the Future Campaign.
As Wisconsin's only dental school, Marquette offers the most advanced clinical resources and instructional technology available, supporting a dramatically different, one-of-a kind curriculum developed by our faculty to better prepare students for dental practice and patient care. Marquette's dental students provide high-quality oral health care for more than 26,000 patients — many on Medicaid or uninsured — with 91,000 visits at seven statewide clinics annually.
