theme park would mutate into a Haunted Hellscape of Killer Klowns and Merry Tricksters. Some really innovative walkthroughs and ghouls who would chase (usually Female patrons) all through the park. Extra cool? Having our state Holiday on the same day as Halloween. So, no school to frighten teenage patrons away. The "Scream park" was really hip for kids, teens, adults, and the faint of heart. It lasted until 1998. The "Fright Dome" remains down at the "Cricus Circus," but nothing meant Autumn like the "Scream Park."
