ubject of both controversy and adornment, which instantly upon release became the #1 song (radio and video) going into Carnival 2008. Due to its use of the word "Chucha de su Madre", the government of Panama "censored" the song which denied DJ Black from owning the "official" "el rey de carnival" crown. Despite this fact, DJ Black performed the song for millions; and the single itself continues to set records for most radio spins. Due to his rising popularity amount the countries common communities, Ricardo Weaks "aka DJ Black" has recently been appointed by President Martinelli to be the director/minister of Culture.
