20 December 2012 was a black night for the whole YouTube. It turned out that hundreds of thousands of video clips of different people and artists were deleted absolutely randomly. All of those got notification by email quoting Violation of TOU #4 Section H.
Even videos from the huge channels like VEVO & ELLO were deleted
Most interestingly the official channel of Universal Music on Youtube lost all of their video clips safe for 5 videos only. Their channel got about 6 billion views.

The official forum of YouTube is bombarded by the complaints of people whose videos were deleted on the dark night of 20th December.

My mega hit video "Butterflies" with almost about 37 million views on my official YouTube channel "Kamaliya" was also deleted, though it is still on air on my channel "Kamaliya Germany" and on TIME Records Channel in Italy and BLANCO Y NEGRO Channel in Spain.
We have lodged appeal to YouTube to reinstate the video and will keep you up dated on the issue.
In the meantime we have uploaded the video again. Keep watching.
