g upholding the right to privacy as a fundamental right, ruling Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code regarding "unnatural sex" as unconstitutional and Section 497 regarding adultery as archaic and arbitrary. Justice Chandrachud has also given notable dissenting opinions, such as in the Aadhar case.
After his lecture, Justice Chandrachud will be in conversation with Zia Mody, one of India's foremost corporate lawyers. She is the Founding Partner of AZB & Partners, the leading law firm. Zia Mody is often featured in "Most Powerful Women" lists.
