Keswick speaking, he says: "I want to make one final point, the final point, we traders, we merchant adventurers, in the City, have had very few, too few, occasions when we could express our esteem our gratitude for all that has been done for us and our affection for you Sir. We want to do so today, quite simply, but very sincerely, we are delighted that you are our Lord Siegneur ... to the greatest living Statesman of our time" (natural sound). He goes on to thank the Hudson Bay Company for enrolling him and says he will treasure the memories all the remaining years of his life.
