The 2010 Melbourne Live Music Rally (S.L.A.M. Rally).
MC Brian Nankervis introduces Paul Kelly & Rick Dempster.
Before the speech some of the members of the Liberal Party came out to show their "support". But the crowd wasn't buying it (for the international viewers - the Liberal Party is Australia's conservative party. Like the Republicans in the U.S.).
On stage for this event was: Kram (Spiderbait) , Tim Rogers, (You Am I), Missy Higgins, the True Lies, Brian Nankervis, Paul Kelly, Claire Bowditch, Paul Dempsey, Wilbur Wilde, Scott Owen (The Living End), Amanda Palmer (Dresden Dolls) and more.
Sorry about the quality but this was shot on a digital photo camera, in a shoulder to shoulder crowd and edit in Windows Live Movie Maker. The clip also cuts out before Dempster's harmonica solo.
