We invited the Lekwa Municipality to speak to us this morning but they have not as yet responded to our request.
We do however have Delani Thabethe who is a leader in the Lekwa Community Forum and Sifiso Zacarias, the Deputy Regional Chair of South African Municipal Workers' Union or SAMWU.
