VICTORIA -- The City of Victoria is installing two more public urinals in downtown Victoria.

ade to make one of the urinals female friendly. Proposed changes include a locking door, and a modified bowl.
The report says one concern with a locking gate, is people being followed in to the urinal and closing the door.
The Victoria Police Department says because the urinals are open air, and people can see inside, passersby will be able to tell if someone inside is in trouble.
Council will decide on locations for two new urinals by September. Bastion Square and the area around the View Street Parkade are being considered.
