hing. But it could be as early as 1971. This film is related to sales opportunities for AMC to capitalize on Consumer Dis-satifaction with all makes and models of brand new cars. The film doesn't really seem to have any kind of point.......it's the full film, almost 10 minutes, but there doesn't seem to be any kind of purpose to this film. If it was for AMC sales people, it doesn't really tell them what to do? It seems to just state the obvious at the time, but no solution? Possibly there was a companion presentation or work book or sales tool that went with this film.??? Any former AMC dealers that might remember? Who is "Motivational Program Corporation"? MPI? There seems to be a mistake too...."....We have lots of evidence that competitive buyers will switch to the automobile company that and it's dealers , which does, something dramatic about Increasing buyer dissatisfaction" at 7:20 HUH? increase buyer dissatisfaction?????
