In an interview ahead of his retirement Commodore McGhie says he is proud of British Forces Gibraltar and its operational capacity to exercise sovereignty in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. However he would not be drawn into commenting on the summoning of the British Ambassador by Spain yesterday following a waters incident. He spoke to Jonathan Sacramento.
