3DS ( NEW 3DS preferable - Faster ) in firmware 9.2 or lower only
Custom firmware CFW ( pasta / cakes / reiNAND / rxTools / etc.)

This Homebrew is available as cia. Format only ,and it doesn't work via NinjaHax/etc.
Because it's need to utilize the hardware more and that doesn't happen via NinjaHax
UPDATE: the developer added NinjaHax/*hax/etc.. version but it's very slow as hell
