Tommy Trinder presents a cheque to the Duke for the London Federation of Boys' Clubs. M/S as the Duke takes the cheque and sits down amidst applause. C/U Ben Warris applauding. M/S Ted Ray standing up amidst applause to make speech. He says "Today is a milestone in my life your Royal Highness, because I have seen two things I never thought I would see, the first is you becoming a member of the companion of the Order of Water Rats and Tommy Trinder giving away money" (laughter). He continues with the speech then holds up a teddy bear which he is about to present to the Duke for the new baby Prince Andrew.
