So I went into this with no expectations. I figured they'd play the demo and a few covers as a goof and be done. I did NOT expect for my face to be completely melted off. What an amazing show- you MUST GO if you have the opportunity. Trey is a beast on lead guitar, Lombardo is (imho) the best metal drummer ever, and it was obvious they were all having a blast. Scott never stopped smiling!
I was able to cut down on the amount of out of focus shots by turning on continuous AF, but I realized it was eating batteries like crazy so I had to shut it off for the last 15-20 min.
MVP of the night includes the person who got me tickets (you know who you are- thanks!) and Daniel Hague, who not only gave up his spot to me so I could film, but he also stood in the merch line so I could get a shirt! Thank you so much.
