***An interview with the special effects director of the 1970's Godzilla films!***
SciFi Japan TV paid a visit to Grissom Gang Cinema in Kanagawa, to meet with special effects director Teruyoshi Naka
...
no, best known for his work on the 1970's Godzilla films. Mr. Nakano had A LOT to say about his time at Toho and more--so much that we have to split this feature into two parts!
In this part, Nakano talks about the beginning of his film career and his experience of working with the legendary father of Japanese special effects, Eiji Tsuburaya.
The episode is hosted by SciFi JAPAN TV's associate producer Hiro Sono, a professional manga artist who has created many of the Gundam side stories. To hear from Hiro himself, please check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0McxEh4k3Y
