film is about a father, Govindaiah(played by Nagendra Rao) and his two children Krishna(played by Rajkumar), a adopted son and Mohan(played by Kalyan Kumar), his biological son. Ranganna(played by Ashwath) is bedridden due to illness. He asks Govindaiah to adopt and raise his only son and offers him money to take care of him and make him a literate and good person in the society. Govindaiah accepts it because of money. But Govindaiah discriminates and deceives Krishna and Ranganna for the sake of him and his own son. He invests the money for purchasing land and make profit. Govindaiah builds Dream tower about Mohan. He spends all his money and fortune for the education of his biological son. But Mohan becomes a spoiled brat & Govindaiah doesn't know it. Mohan cunningly marries Govindaiah's land lord's daughter & Govindaiah assists in succeeding the marriage. As planned earlier, Govindaiah sells all his fortunes and lands to settle down in Kapinipathi's house where Mohan is staying. But Kapinipathi, knowing they both deceived him and his daughter, gets angered and sends Govindaiah out of his house. Mohan too urges his father to get out of the house. Kapinipathi lets Mohan stay because he is now his daughter's husband. Govindaiah having left with no choice, leaves the house.
