ighest playable rank (Proconsul) and invade Aegyptus with the best possible legion (consular army) in order to negotiate an alliance with Cleopatra. If you successfully make an alliance with her, the seduction scene will automatically come right after. There is only this one chance to talk to Cleopatra in private, no matter the outcome.
Note that there are two exclusive backgrounds (Ceopatra's barge and her bedroom), an exclusive character portrait and even an exclusive music track to this scene. Also, this is the only part in the game were you speak "informally" to anybody, so all the talking options are exclusive, too. If you are gentle to Cleopatra, you can seduce her, getting an animation of you walking towards her bed as reward. This animation is exclusive to this one scene as well, but it is very short. Right after that, you return to the main screen and there seems to be no further consequence to the whole seduction scene.
