arshad's career includes over 20 years as film producer and cinematographer on NBC Saturday Night Live, and as producer/director of videos with playwright Edward Albee. For PBS Neal produced the award winning documentary "The Conspiracy of Silence" with Kathleen Turner. Neal was cinematographer for Shoah Foundation Visual History Project. Under the direction of Steven Spielberg, the foundation collected the testimony of 52,000+ holocaust survivors.
