It 's been a great honor to documenting with time-lapse photography (46000 shots) and video filming the rebirth of this plane, thanks to Geasar & Meridiana Maintenance. Stay tuned for the photographic reportage! ☺ **** Questa è una brevissima sintesi del documentario dedicato al restauro di un glorioso aeroplano, il Beechcraft C-45 (il modello 18 venne introdotto in America già nel 1937), primo velivolo della nascente compagnia aerea Alisarda (1963) - ora Meridiana Fly - fondata dal principe Karim Aga Khan poco dopo lo sviluppo della Costa Smeralda (Sardegna, 1961). Ma questo è anche l'esemplare unico che venne utilizzato nelle scene del film di Bernardo Bertolucci 'L'ultimo Imperatore' (1987). E' stato un vero onore poter documentare attraverso la fotografia time-lapse (46000 scatti) unita alle riprese video la rinascita di questo importantissimo pezzo di storia dell'aviazione civile.
