Extra information and help:
Missing textures? Make sure you decompiled the custom content as shown in the video. Take that and place it within a custom folder in the game directory.
However if you are with Garry's mod and have a map that uses another games textures then you must mount said content into hammer using Source SDK or the Source Multi Tool: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=198444877
