This game is completely weird and was only released in Brasil.
I was only able to beat it thanks to the videos of RendMGaming!
At around 29:40 you will
...
see me standing around for over a minute doing nothing. This is on purpose as you need to wait till the game triggers the final boss!
After the credits the game shows a code that you can enter at the title screen and allows you to enter various passwords to modify the game. I used one of the codes to turn on blood at the beginning of the game! It also features a hidden VS mode that I didnt show due to not having access to a 2nd player. -
